Established in 1992 as a world-renowned investment casting manufacturer with TS16949 certified, the company owns 500 employees and covers an area of 40,500 square meters. It consists of foundry and machining factory with the annual production of 20,000 tons.
The company is equipped with several types of production lines including a fully automated wax and shell making process flow line, as well as two mesh belt furnace heat treatment production lines. The machining factory is fully equipped with complete CNC machining equipment including 2 0 vertical and horizontal machining centers and more than 3 0 NC machines, the machining facility is fully independent from the foundry and has an independent management team and tailored business model to suit.
Given that traditional foundries only provide castings, our company has completed a transformation and upgraded to a deep-processing manufacturer with expanded production capabilities. We focus on developing high-quality products for top-end markets. Our clients include many OEM customers who specialize in train, automobile and construction machinery, we already have had cooperation with more than 10 of the world’s Top 5 0 0 companies as one of their major casting suppliers in China.
